Greenshell mussels are unique to New Zealand. They are grown in remote areas of New Zealand where the water is pollution free, cool and clean. The mussels are grown in waters monitored by Government Health Authorities, and processed under a full HACCP programme. Greenshell mussels are a safe and highly nutritious shellfish, which can be turned into a delicate and tasty dish within minutes. Greenshell mussels are perfect for snacks, entrees and main meals, and are excellent with a glass of wine.
