The mussels are grown in waters monitored by Government Health Authorities, and processed under a full HACCP programme. Greenshell mussels are a safe and highly nutritious shellfish, which can be turned into a delicate and tasty dish within minutes. Greenshell mussels are perfect for snacks, entrees and main meals, and are excellent with a glass of wine.
